Nathaniel Bullock, ThB, Founder & CEO
Pastor Bullock is the Founder & CEO of the New Life Community Development Corporation. Pastor Bullock is a retiree from Schering-Plough Pharmaceutical Company after 25 of service. He received Credentials of Ordination by the Board of Presbytery of the United Holy Church of America. Pastor Bullock received his Pastoral Installation under Bishop Donald Hilliard, Jr., of Perth Amboy, New Jersey. He studied at Southern New Hampshire University, Manchester, New Hampshire, and enrolled at Liberty University in the Bachelors of Arts in Religion Program. Pastor Bullock is a member of the New Jersey Division of Aging Services. He is also a member of the New Jersey Clergy Coalition for Justice. Pastor Bullock is a member of the following associations: Middlesex Central Baptist Association of New Jersey, American Baptist Churches of New Jersey, and Union County Interfaith Council, Union County, New Jersey. Pastor Bullock has proudly served as Emeritus Pastor of First Baptist of Kenilworth and New Life Worship Ministries with twenty years of service.
Timothy Williams, Director
Timothy Williams is a community leader with a heart for the people he loves, works, and worships. Tim enjoyed a 30-year career at Elizabethtown Gas as the Manager of Community Outreach. Tim organized the company's volunteer efforts and philanthropy for New Jersey. Most importantly, Tim was responsible for all community relations and outreach efforts. As a private consultant, Tim specializes in helping organizations with their community outreach programs and board development. Over his career, Tim has sat on 17 non-profit boards. As a fellow of Lead, NJ (formerly Leadership New Jersey Class of 2008), Tim developed a mentoring program serving students in Union County for over ten years!
Dorinda Walker, Advisor
Dorinda Walker is an award-winning cultural strategist, marketing executive, and CEO of Cultural Solutions Group. This marketing consultancy provides strategic insights and solutions for brands to engage diverse consumers in the workplace and marketplace. Having served 20 years in the financial services industry, Walker has dedicated her career to advancing gender, racial and economic equity among underserved consumers. She’s a demonstrated change agent who has generated a combined $100M+ in life insurance and annuity sales by leading marketing campaigns, events, and community engagement initiatives that have enhanced brand affinity among women and diverse markets.

Sheila Bullock, Director & Administrator
Minister Sheila Bullock is the founder of Women of Worth, Inc. (WOW) Ministries, which helps teenagers, young ladies, and women to find their God-given gifts and encourages them to know their worth in God. In 1996, Lady Bullock received her Ministerial License from the Board of Presbytery of the United Holy Church of America, Incorporated. For 15 years, she served as an Associate Minister and First Lady to New Life Worship Ministries. This position required her to assist in managing all administrative responsibilities and provide counseling for church staff and leadership. Over the years, she has held offices in the following ministry areas: Sunday School Teacher, Youth Leader, Missionary Worker, Administrative Assistant, and President of Young Women Christian Council. Lady Bullock works as a Paralegal in the field of Intellectual Property Law for over 25 years. Lady Bullock is the author of "I See You, and I Know!". Over the years, Lady Bullock has gained many daughters through ministry, respected friendships, and loving seniors.

April Ashe, Director
April "L-A" Ashe is one of radio's dynamic powerhouses and entrepreneurs. April "L-A" spreads 3JL Broadcasting/WBJL RADIO and takes your radio experience to another level! Hosting a daily radio show, "Joyful Noise" and "Live Today," they reach more than 100 stations and an estimated 1.5 million listeners! Teaching and training students to all diversities and platforms, she teaches the beautiful language of broadcasting communications!
Dr. Annie M. Ford, Directo
Dr. Ford currently operates as a Business-Financial and Life Coach. Dr. Ford received her coaching certifications in August 2012 from Orange County Coaching Academy. Dr. Ford received her Ph.D. in Human Development and Social Policies in May 2004 from the University of TX in Dallas.
Dr. Ford has overcome a few life challenges expanded her gifts and, talents, and expertise to the West African Countries of Liberia, Ghana, Gambia, and Senegal. Currently, she holds the position of Director of the West African Council.
Dr. Ford has the brand A Rothschild (Author/Pen Name), business A Rothschild Firm, LLC, and Milan Captial Group, which is an non-profit whose headquarters are located in Morristown, NJ.
Ajay Kumar, MBA, CPA, Advisor
Ajay started his accounting career while working his way through college. He has extensive experience in accounting, tax planning, and business problem-solving. His attention to ever-changing tax regulations has facilitated tax-reducing strategies for his clients. With the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities increasing the number of audits, Ajay, with his vast knowledge and experience, has been properly defending his clients numerous times.
